Leasing

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Yes, 14 consecutive days.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

Yes

How long is the term of the lease?

6, 9, 12-month lease terms are offered.

6 & 9-month lease have additional short-term lease fees associated

Do you accept leases for short terms?

Yes

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

Last month utilities will be taken out of security deposit. Any damage to apartment will be assessed.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

You must provide a 60 day notice and pay a buyout fee of x2 the month rent rate.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

Yes, additional fees will apply.
